Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and optimization of complex preclinical research experiments in molecular biology and pharmacology
- Develop and validate novel drug candidates using advanced cell-based assays and in vivo models
- Analyze and interpret high-dimensional datasets from genomic and proteomic platforms
- Author regulatory documentation and scientific publications for peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior scientists and cross-functional project teams
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP protocols and ethical research standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in cell culture techniques, high-throughput screening, and assay development
- Proven track record in preclinical drug discovery with 2+ IND submissions
- Strong statistical analysis skills and proficiency in R/Python for bioinformatics
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project management
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (minimum 5+ publications)
