Responsibilities

- Design and execute complex experimental workflows to evaluate compound efficacy and safety profiles.
- Analyze multi-dimensional biological data sets to identify novel therapeutic targets.
- Collaborate with clinical development teams to ensure seamless translation of research findings.
- Mentor junior scientists and foster a culture of rigorous scientific inquiry and compliance.
- Prepare technical reports, patents, and peer-reviewed manuscripts detailing research breakthroughs.
- Represent the organization at scientific conferences and industry stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related pharmaceutical science.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral experience in a biopharmaceutical or clinical research environment.
- Proven track record of managing drug development pipelines and high-impact publications.
- Advanced proficiency in high-throughput screening, assay development, and molecular modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of FDA/EMA regulatory guidelines and GxP compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-functional settings.
