Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex experimental workflows for novel drug candidate identification.
- Manage end-to-end laboratory documentation in compliance with rigorous GLP and FDA regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacology and regulatory affairs, to accelerate pipeline progression.
- Interpret complex datasets to drive data-based decision-making for ongoing therapeutic programs.
- Mentor junior researchers and facilitate knowledge sharing across the R&D department.
- Represent the organization at scientific conferences and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry setting.
- Proven track record of successful drug discovery and development project contributions.
- Expertise in high-throughput screening technologies and molecular modeling software.
- Deep understanding of FDA/EMA guidelines regarding clinical development processes.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with proficiency in bioinformatics tools and statistical software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate collaborative scientific teams.
