In this role, you will lead high-impact projects, bridging the gap between molecular discovery and clinical application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate our drug development pipeline and push the boundaries of current pharmaceutical therapeutic standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex experimental workflows for novel drug candidate synthesis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance.
- Oversee the validation and scale-up processes for clinical-grade API production.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to optimize drug formulations and stability.
- Lead and mentor junior laboratory staff, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and safety.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for FDA/EMA submissions.
- Present research findings to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicinal Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in drug discovery or formulation development.
- Proven track record of taking compounds from the bench to early-stage clinical trials.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, and GC).
- Deep understanding of cGMP, GLP, and ICH quality guidelines.
- Excellent technical writing skills with a history of peer-reviewed publications.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
