Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical studies to evaluate drug candidates' efficacy and safety
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and optimizing novel therapeutic molecules
- Analyze experimental data using advanced statistical methods and interpret results
- Prepare regulatory documentation (IND/CTA) and collaborate with regulatory affairs
- Maintain GLP-compliant laboratory operations and ensure data integrity
- Present research findings at industry conferences and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in molecular biology, cell culture, and in vivo pharmacology models
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Nature, Science, Cell)
- Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulatory guidelines and drug development processes
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (R, Python, GraphPad Prism)
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary project teams
