Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical studies in oncology and immunology therapeutic areas
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing novel monoclonal antibody platforms
- Author regulatory documentation and IND submissions for FDA/EMA compliance
- Implement CRISPR/Cas9 and high-throughput screening technologies
- Present findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory workflows
- Manage project timelines and budgets for multi-million dollar research programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Expertise in antibody engineering and protein characterization techniques
- Proven track record of leading IND-enabling studies and regulatory submissions
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals (Nature, Science, Cell)
- Proficiency in GMP/GLP protocols and quality assurance systems
- Experience with computational biology tools and AI-driven drug discovery platforms
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage complex timelines
- Validated experience mentoring scientific teams (minimum 5 direct reports)
