Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of complex pharmacological study protocols.
- Analyze high-throughput screening data to identify lead therapeutic candidates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Development, to streamline pipeline progression.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and present findings to the executive leadership team.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence and innovation.
- Ensure full compliance with FDA regulations, GLP, and internal safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in experimental methodologies and laboratory workflows.
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in drug discovery.
- Demonstrated expertise in small molecule or biologic therapeutic development.
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, SAS).
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications or pharmaceutical patent contributions.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organizational structure.
