Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary research projects in drug discovery and development
- Design and execute complex experiments in molecular biology and pharmacology

- Mentor junior scientists and cross-functional teams
- Stay current with emerging industry trends and technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in drug development pipelines and regulatory compliance (FDA/EMA)
- Proficiency in lab techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, cell culture)
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in bioinformatics tools
- Demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed publications
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
