Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end drug discovery programs from target identification to lead optimization.
- Design and execute complex in-vitro and in-vivo assays to evaluate drug efficacy and safety profiles.
- Manage laboratory workflows and mentor junior research associates to foster a culture of scientific excellence.
- Analyze large-scale datasets using advanced statistical software to interpret trial results.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and present findings to executive leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related life science field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral experience within a pharmaceutical or biotech research environment.
- Proven expertise in small molecule drug discovery or biologics development.
- Strong publication record in high-impact, peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Expertise in utilizing analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, Mass Spectrometry, and flow cytometry.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of meeting aggressive developmental milestones.
- Proficiency in R, Python, or specialized statistical software for biological data analysis.
