Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical research protocols for novel therapeutics
- Lead cross-functional teams in drug discovery and development phases

- Present research findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory workflows
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs on clinical trial planning
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in in vitro and in vivo drug discovery methodologies
- Strong publication record in high-impact pharmaceutical research journals
- Familiarity with FDA/ICH guidelines and regulatory submission processes
- Advanced proficiency in analytical instrumentation (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR)
- Demonstrated project leadership in drug development pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
