Responsibilities
- Design and execute preclinical studies for novel oncology therapeutics
- Lead cross-functional teams in compound optimization and validation
- Analyze complex molecular and cellular data using advanced analytics platforms
- Prepare regulatory documentation (IND/CTA) and FDA correspondence
- Present research findings at scientific conferences and publications
- Mentor junior scientists and foster collaborative innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Chemistry, or related life science field
- 5+ years of industry experience in oncology drug discovery
- Expertise in in vitro/in vivo assay development and validation
- Proficiency with GLP-compliant laboratory protocols
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
