Responsibilities
- Design and execute preclinical drug development studies using advanced molecular biology techniques
- Lead interdisciplinary research teams in identifying novel therapeutic targets for autoimmune disorders
- Analyze complex genomic and proteomic data using proprietary AI-driven platforms
- Prepare regulatory documentation for FDA submissions and ensure compliance with GMP standards
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings at industry conferences
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners on clinical trial protocol optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in immunology and small molecule drug discovery methodologies
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, Cell)
- Proficiency with CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing and high-throughput screening
- Experience managing multi-million dollar research budgets and timelines
- Validated track record of delivering IND-enabling studies
- Strong knowledge of FDA/EMA regulatory pathways
