Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of preclinical research studies to validate novel drug targets
- Develop and optimize analytical methodologies for compound characterization and biomarker analysis
- Collaborate with CROs and academic institutions on translational research initiatives
- Prepare regulatory documentation and contribute to IND/CTA submissions
- Present research findings at scientific conferences and peer-reviewed publications
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory workflows
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related life science field
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical R&D experience in drug discovery
- Expertise in molecular biology techniques and high-throughput screening
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with GLP/GMP compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Proven project management skills with cross-functional leadership
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
