Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex experiments in drug discovery and molecular biology

Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or Biology with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in assay development and high-throughput screening
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Familiarity with GMP/GLP regulations and quality management systems
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis (R, Python, SAS)
- Demonstrated project leadership in pharmaceutical R&D
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
