Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and analysis of complex preclinical studies in molecular biology and pharmacology
- Develop and optimize novel drug delivery systems for targeted therapeutic applications
- Coordinate with CROs for GLP-compliant toxicology and pharmacokinetic studies
- Maintain detailed research documentation and prepare regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings at industry conferences
- Drive innovation in assay development and high-throughput screening methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in cell-based assays, molecular biology, and in vivo pharmacology
- Familiarity with FDA/ICH guidelines and IND-enabling studies
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with biologics (antibodies, vaccines) and small molecule development
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, Python, GraphPad Prism)
