Responsibilities

- Author technical reports, regulatory documents, and peer-reviewed publications.

- Ensure full compliance with GLP/GMP standards and internal quality protocols.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of post-doctoral or industry experience in drug discovery.
- Demonstrated expertise in high-throughput screening and molecular assay development.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects within strict timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in matrixed leadership environments.
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, or GraphPad Prism).
- Strong record of scientific publication and patent contributions.
