Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research projects focused on novel drug discovery and preclinical development.
- Design and execute complex experimental protocols to validate therapeutic targets.
- Analyze high-dimensional biological datasets to derive actionable insights for clinical pathways.
- Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams, including regulatory and clinical operations.
- Mentor junior research staff and promote a culture of scientific excellence and continuous learning.
- Present research findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders during quarterly reviews.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry-level experience in pharmaceutical R&D.
- Expertise in molecular modeling and cell-based assay development.
- Proven track record of publication in high-impact, peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Strong understanding of FDA regulatory guidelines and GLP compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical science and business strategy.
