Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of preclinical drug discovery projects targeting oncology and rare diseases
- Develop and optimize novel assay platforms using high-throughput screening technologies
- Analyze complex molecular data and interpret biological mechanisms of action
- Mentor junior scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prepare regulatory documentation and contribute to IND applications
- Present research findings at scientific conferences and industry symposia
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in cell-based assays and high-throughput screening methodologies
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Familiarity with GGLP/GCP regulatory standards
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, Python, Prism)
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary project teams
- Experience with biologics or small molecule therapeutic development
