Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of high-throughput screening assays for lead identification.
- Analyze complex data sets to drive SAR (Structure-Activity Relationship) programs.
- Supervise a team of junior researchers and provide technical mentorship.
- Author and review technical documentation, including IND-enabling studies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Pharmacology, DMPK, and Clinical Development.
- Present research findings to senior leadership and external scientific partners.
- Maintain strict adherence to GLP and GMP compliance standards.
Qualifications
- PhD in Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
- Minimum 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in drug discovery.
- Deep expertise in molecular biology, high-throughput screening (HTS), and assay development.
- Proven track record of publication in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and statistical analysis software (GraphPad Prism, R, or Python).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
