Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex experimental workflows for novel therapeutic compounds.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to identify promising drug candidates for pre-clinical development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacology, toxicology, and regulatory affairs, to ensure pipeline progress.
- Author technical reports, patent disclosures, and peer-reviewed manuscripts to document research findings.
- Mentor junior scientists and provide technical oversight on laboratory best practices and compliance.
- Present research progress and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of post-doctoral or industry experience in pharmaceutical research and development.
- Proven track record of taking small-molecule or biologic assets from discovery to pre-clinical milestones.
- Expertise in analytical techniques such as HPLC, Mass Spectrometry, and high-throughput screening assays.
- Strong understanding of FDA/EMA regulatory guidelines and GxP standards.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
