Responsibilities

- Draft high-quality technical reports and regulatory documentation for submission.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends by attending key biotech symposia.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related life sciences discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Deep expertise in high-throughput screening and molecular assay development.
- Proven track record of scientific publication and project leadership.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in R, Python, or Prism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across diverse scientific teams.
