Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and optimization of preclinical drug development studies
- Oversee compound screening, pharmacokinetic profiling, and toxicity assessments
- Develop and validate novel biomarkers for therapeutic efficacy monitoring
- Prepare regulatory documentation and support FDA/EMA submissions
- Mentor junior scientists and manage laboratory resources
- Present research findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related life science field
- 5+ years of industry experience in preclinical pharmaceutical research
- Expertise in in vitro/in vivo drug testing and assay development
- Strong knowledge of GGLP/GMP protocols and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with HPLC, LC-MS, and cell culture techniques
- Demonstrated success in translational research publications
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
