Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of preclinical studies for novel oncology compounds
- Develop and optimize analytical methodologies for drug formulation and stability
- Collaborate with CROs on Phase I/II clinical trial protocols and monitoring
- Analyze complex pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic data and prepare regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings at industry conferences
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in oncology drug development and preclinical modeling
- Strong analytical skills with HPLC, LC-MS, and spectroscopy techniques
- Familiarity with GMP/GLP practices and regulatory documentation
- Demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed publications
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
