Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and analysis of preclinical studies for novel therapeutics
- Develop and optimize experimental protocols in molecular biology and biochemistry
- Collaborate with CMC teams to ensure scalable manufacturing processes
- Present research findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed publications
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to strategic research planning
- Ensure compliance with FDA/ICH-GCP regulations and internal SOPs
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in oncology or immunology drug discovery
- Strong technical skills in cell culture, ELISA, HPLC, and molecular assays
- Track record of successful IND-enabling studies and regulatory submissions
- Experience with GLP compliance and risk assessment methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project teams
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals
