Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical research protocols in drug discovery
- Lead cross-functional teams in translational medicine initiatives
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for compound characterization
- Author high-impact scientific publications and patent applications

- Ensure compliance with GGLP and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related field
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry research experience
- Expertise in in vitro/vivo drug development methodologies
- Proven track record of leading preclinical research projects
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency with advanced analytical instrumentation (HPLC, MS, NMR)
- Deep understanding of pharmacokinetics and toxicology principles
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
