Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-throughput screening assays for novel drug candidates.
- Lead cross-functional research teams to achieve project milestones within established timelines.
- Analyze complex biochemical data sets using advanced statistical modeling tools.
- Author high-impact technical reports and present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior research staff and foster a culture of scientific excellence and safety.
- Collaborate with medicinal chemistry teams to optimize hit-to-lead chemical series.
- Ensure all laboratory operations adhere to stringent GxP and internal compliance standards.
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of post-doctoral experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record of publications in high-tier peer-reviewed journals.
- Deep technical expertise in cell-based assays, enzyme kinetics, and protein-ligand interaction.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, R, or Python).
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage complex research budgets.
