Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end drug discovery projects from target validation to lead optimization.
- Design and execute complex in vitro and in vivo assays to evaluate compound efficacy.
- Analyze large-scale biological datasets to identify novel therapeutic targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medicinal chemistry and clinical development.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence.
- Present research findings to senior leadership and scientific advisory boards.
- Ensure all laboratory practices strictly adhere to GLP and company compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in pharmaceutical research.
- Deep expertise in molecular cloning, protein expression, and assay development.
- Proven track record of publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in R, Python, or Prism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience with CRO management is highly preferred.
