Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex experimental workflows to validate therapeutic targets.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to advance drug candidates through the preclinical pipeline.
- Analyze multi-omics data sets to identify novel biomarkers and mechanisms of action.
- Author technical reports, regulatory filings, and peer-reviewed research publications.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of rigorous scientific inquiry.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate preclinical findings into clinical trial designs.
- Manage laboratory budgets and ensure compliance with GLP/GMP standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of post-doctoral or industry experience in drug discovery.
- Proven expertise in high-throughput screening and assay development.
- Strong background in statistical analysis using R, Python, or Prism.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
- Track record of published high-impact research in reputable oncology or immunology journals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
