Responsibilities

- Manage research budgets and vendor relationships

Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in drug discovery and preclinical development
- Expertise in cell-based assays and in vivo pharmacology models
- Familiarity with GGLP/GMP regulations and regulatory pathways
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals
- Experience with CRISPR, RNAi, or high-throughput screening technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
