Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-complexity experiments to identify novel drug targets.
- Analyze multi-omics data sets to support pipeline progression for oncology and immunology programs.
- Lead cross-functional research teams, ensuring project milestones are met within strict timelines.
- Author and review technical reports, patent applications, and peer-reviewed manuscripts.
- Coordinate with external partners and CROs to streamline pre-clinical development workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with GLP and internal quality standards.
- Mentor junior scientists and foster a culture of scientific innovation and integrity.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in drug discovery.
- Demonstrated expertise in high-throughput screening and modern cell-based assay development.
- Proficiency in bioinformatics tools and data analysis software (e.g., R, Python, GraphPad Prism).
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements and the drug development lifecycle.
- Proven track record of publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
