Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models for shale and conventional assets
- Lead production forecasting and economic analysis for field development projects
- Collaborate with geoscientists to optimize well placement and hydraulic fracturing designs
- Develop reservoir management plans incorporating digital twin technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews of technical deliverables
- Interface with drilling and completion teams to resolve subsurface challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in US unconventional plays
- Expertise in Eclipse, Petrel, and reservoir simulation software
- Strong analytical skills with proven production optimization track record
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with DHI analysis and well test interpretation
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, SQL) preferred
