Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models for unconventional assets
- Lead production optimization strategies using data analytics and machine learning tools
- Collaborate with geoscience teams to identify new drilling locations and infill opportunities
- Develop and manage reservoir surveillance programs to monitor depletion patterns
- Prepare technical reports and economic evaluations for executive leadership
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in reservoir management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in unconventional plays
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus, CMG)
- Strong background in production data analytics and forecasting
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing design
- Proven track record of field development planning and execution
