Responsibilities
- Design and optimize drilling programs for unconventional reservoirs
- Lead reservoir simulation studies using PETREL and Eclipse software
- Develop production enhancement strategies through hydraulic fracturing
- Analyze well performance data to maximize recovery rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on field development plans
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and environmental standards
- Mentor junior engineers and present technical findings to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (PETREL, Eclipse)
- Strong background in hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated success in EOR project implementation
- Experience with AI/ML applications in production optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
