Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize advanced drilling and extraction methodologies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
  • Conduct comprehensive reservoir simulations and economic evaluations to determine project feasibility and profitability.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including geoscientists and drilling engineers, to map out field development plans.
  • Monitor daily production rates and implement artificial lift optimizations to ensure peak operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all local, federal, and international environmental and safety regulations (HSE).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in upstream Oil & Gas engineering operations.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas, or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard reservoir simulation and modeling software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse, tNavigator).
  • Deep understanding of hydraulic fracturing, well completion design, and artificial lift systems.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to domestic and international field sites as required.
