Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize production strategies
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in drilling program execution and well completion optimization
- Analyze geological data and production metrics to identify enhanced recovery opportunities
- Develop cost-effective solutions for hydraulic fracturing and artificial lift systems
- Prepare detailed technical reports and economic evaluations for senior management
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of upstream oil & gas engineering experience
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus, Petrel)
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling technologies
- Proven track record in production optimization and economic analysis
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project teams
