Responsibilities
- Design and optimize extraction methods using advanced reservoir simulation tools (Eclipse, Petrel)
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in drilling program development and execution
- Analyze production data to enhance recovery rates and reduce operational costs
- Develop compliant safety protocols for high-pressure environments
- Prepare detailed technical reports for regulatory bodies and executive stakeholders
- Implement AI-driven predictive analytics for production forecasting
- Mentor junior engineers in best practices for reservoir management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in upstream operations with major E&P companies
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in reservoir characterization and enhanced oil recovery (EOR)
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software and data analytics tools
- Demonstrated project leadership in offshore environments
- Strong knowledge of NORM and HSE regulations
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in oil & gas
