Responsibilities
- Design and optimize drilling/completion programs for unconventional reservoirs
- Lead reservoir simulation studies using Eclipse and Petrel software
- Conduct economic analysis of field development projects
- Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional teams
- Develop enhanced oil recovery (EOR) strategies
- Ensure compliance with API and HSE standards
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years upstream experience with shale plays
- Expertise in reservoir simulation and production forecasting
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency in Petrel, Eclipse, and CMG software
- Strong project management certifications (PMP/Prince2)
- Proven experience mentoring technical teams
- Knowledge of carbon capture technologies a plus
