Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models for unconventional assets
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in optimizing hydraulic fracturing programs
- Conduct economic analysis for field development projects
- Develop innovative recovery techniques for mature fields
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus)
- Proven track record in unconventional resource development
- Strong knowledge of well completion technologies
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies
