Responsibilities
- Design and optimize hydraulic fracturing programs for unconventional reservoirs
- Lead reservoir simulation modeling using industry-standard software (Petrel, Eclipse)
- Conduct economic feasibility studies for new drilling campaigns
- Develop production enhancement strategies for mature fields
- Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional project teams
- Ensure compliance with API and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream experience with unconventional plays
- Advanced proficiency in reservoir simulation and well design software
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven track record in field development planning
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
