Responsibilities
- Design and optimize hydraulic fracturing programs for unconventional reservoirs
- Develop reservoir simulation models using Eclipse/Petrel software
- Lead multidisciplinary teams on field development plans
- Analyze production data to enhance recovery efficiency
- Ensure compliance with API and environmental regulations
- Mentor junior engineers on advanced engineering methodologies
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Expertise in reservoir characterization and modeling
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Advanced proficiency in reservoir simulation software
- Deepwater project experience essential
- Strong knowledge of HSE protocols
- Proven track record of improving recovery rates
