Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced drilling programs to maximize hydrocarbon recovery
- Analyze reservoir data using simulation software (Eclipse, Petrel) to optimize production strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing field development plans and economic models
- Ensure compliance with API, ISO, and OSHA regulations across all operations
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct feasibility studies for unconventional resources

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation and well planning software
- Strong knowledge of drilling technologies and production optimization
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Experience with horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing
- Demonstrated success in reducing operational costs by 15%+
