Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced reservoir simulation models for unconventional plays

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering (MS/PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of upstream engineering experience in shale plays
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse)
- Strong background in horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven track record in reducing CAPEX/OPEX by 20%+
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies and IoT integration
