Responsibilities
- Design and optimize hydraulic fracturing programs to maximize recovery factors in unconventional reservoirs
- Develop advanced reservoir simulation models using industry-standard software (Petrel, Eclipse)
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI-driven production enhancement strategies
- Conduct economic analysis and risk assessment for drilling and completion operations
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer through technical workshops
- Ensure compliance with API, SPE, and OSHA safety standards for all engineering deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of upstream oil & gas engineering experience with unconventional plays
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Petrel, Eclipse, Nexus) and data analytics tools
- Proven track record in hydraulic fracturing design and production optimization
- Strong knowledge of P&A operations and well integrity management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies and IoT integration
