Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize field development plans
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in drilling/completion operations and production enhancement projects
- Analyze well performance data and recommend data-driven production optimization strategies
- Develop economic models for field development and investment proposals
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with reservoir simulation expertise
- Proficiency in PETREL, Eclipse, or equivalent reservoir modeling software
- Demonstrated success in field development planning and production optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in economic modeling
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
