Responsibilities
- Design and optimize drilling programs for unconventional reservoirs
- Lead reservoir simulation studies using advanced software (Petrel, Eclipse)
- Develop enhanced oil recovery (EOR) strategies
- Analyze production data to identify efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital projects
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation and well modeling
- Strong background in horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing
- Proven project management for field development
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
