Responsibilities
- Design and optimize well completions using advanced hydraulic fracturing techniques
- Develop reservoir simulation models to forecast production and enhance recovery factors
- Lead multidisciplinary teams on drilling programs in complex geological formations
- Analyze production data to implement artificial lift solutions and reduce lifting costs
- Ensure compliance with API, NORM, and OSHA safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence within the department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Expert proficiency in PETREL, Eclipse, and Nexus simulation software
- Proven track record in horizontal well design and unconventional reservoirs
- Strong knowledge of production optimization and enhanced oil recovery methods
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies and data analytics
