Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models for offshore field development
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in production optimization and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) strategies
- Analyze geological data to identify new drilling opportunities and reduce operational risks
- Develop cost-effective drilling plans using AI-driven predictive analytics
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols (ISO 14001/45001)
- Mentor junior engineers and foster innovation through R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in offshore reservoir management
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Petrel, Eclipse, CMG)
- Strong knowledge of drilling engineering and completion techniques
- Valid P.E. license in Texas
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies and IoT integration
- Proven track record in EOR project implementation
