- Develop cost-effective drilling plans for unconventional plays
- Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence within the department
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with geoscience teams on integrated field development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in upstream operations with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Petrel, Eclipse, CMG)
- Strong knowledge of horizontal drilling and multi-stage hydraulic fracturing
- Experience with production optimization and artificial intelligence applications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated success in reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Excellent problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
