Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize hydrocarbon recovery
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in drilling program planning and execution oversight
- Conduct economic analysis and feasibility studies for new exploration projects
- Develop production enhancement strategies using artificial intelligence and digital tools
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and environmental sustainability standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in upstream Oil & Gas operations
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., PETREL, Eclipse)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Proven track record in deepwater and unconventional resource development
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Excellent project management capabilities and stakeholder communication
