Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing expert guidance on complex issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational design, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning.
- Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.
- Develop and deliver HR programs focused on employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture building.
- Ensure strict compliance with UK employment law, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to measure employee sentiment and drive evidence-based decision-making.
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent professional HR experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
